Orders are placed and paid through my Etsy shop. This page explains how production and delivery work.

Processing and delivery time

Processing time is 2–4 days. After that, delivery takes 5–7 working days within Europe and 7–14 working days to the rest of the world. The estimated arrival date is also shown on each listing.

You receive a tracking number automatically when your order ships. If your order contains both prints and clothing, I may send the items separately.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the item and on the country it is going to. The exact cost is shown on the listing and at checkout on Etsy, before you pay.

Where I ship from

Risograph prints ship from my studio in Utrecht, the Netherlands, packed flat and protected so they arrive without creases. Clothing is produced and shipped from within Europe, so it can arrive from a different country than your prints.

Customs and import duties

My aim is that you never pay surprise costs when your parcel arrives. Taxes that apply to your order are calculated and paid at checkout on Etsy. If a courier or customs office asks you for payment at delivery anyway, email me before you pay and I will look into it.
