Returns & refunds

I want you to be happy with what arrives. Here is how returns and refunds work for orders from my Etsy shop.

Returns are accepted

You can return an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unworn or unused and in its original condition. Email me before you send anything back, so I can give you the return address and match the return to your order.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Please pack the item so it arrives in the same condition you received it, and keep proof of postage.

Refunds

Once the item has arrived and I have checked it, I refund the item price within 14 days, to the payment method you used on Etsy. The original outbound shipping is refunded when you return the complete order.

Custom work

Items made to your specifications, such as team merch with a design coded for you, cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Standard designs from the collection can be returned as described above.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. I will send a replacement or refund you, including the return shipping cost.

Cancellations

Orders go into production soon after you place them, so cancellations are generally not possible. If you made a mistake, email me right away with your order number and I will see what I can still do.
